How to drain and replace the oil in a disc mower's cutter bar?
Raise the cutter bar and close the hydraulic cylinder valve. Remove the drain and control screws to empty the oil. Reinstall the drain screw with its seal, then refill with SAE 90 oil until it reaches the control hole. Finally, reinstall the control screw and its seal. This should be done every 350 to 500 hectares.

How to drain the cutter bar of a disc mower?
To drain the cutter bar, first close the stop valve at the hydraulic cylinder once the cutter bar is raised to the transport position. Change the oil after operating for 350 ha (or 500 ha for the AM 323 S model). Unscrew both the drain screw and the oil control screw. Collect the used oil (approximately 4 to 7 litres) in an appropriate container. Once the oil has drained, tighten the drain screw with its sealing ring. Add new oil (type SAE 90) until it reaches the control hole. Finally, tighten the oil control screw with its sealing ring and dispose of the used oil according to regulations.
