SPEED CONTROLLER DEFAULTS CODE
1. Default identification :
The internal Status LED to the speed controller is visible under the bonnet through a small opening of
the components protection cover. It always provides a direct code of fault. When the speed controller
operates normally - without fault present- the Status LED flashes regularly. If the speed controller
detects a fault, a code with 2 digits (2 flashes) appears until the fault is corrected.
For example, the code “3,2” is “welded main contactor” (fault on main contactor) appears as follows:

On Mega Diag 4.0 monitoring screen you can directly read the number of the possible speed controller
fault in progress (defect “32” in the preceding example) and also the last 10 speed controller registered
defaults.
2. First check:
Once you identified default, take care of always checking in first if the circuit cut-out is ON, if the
fuses operate, if the electrical harness is in good condition and if the electric connections are correct.
