How to troubleshoot a non-working Ethernet connection?
1. Verify the physical connection of the network cable to both the docking station's RJ-45 port and your wall outlet or router. 2. Check the indicator lights next to the RJ-45 port on the docking station: the green light (right) indicates network connection, and the orange light (left) indicates network activity. 3. Ensure the computer has the latest version of the BIOS, network controller driver, and USB LAN driver installed. 4. If using Windows 10, try disabling the WLAN connection to avoid potential conflicts with the LAN connection by right-clicking Start, selecting Network Connections, right-clicking Wi-Fi, and then selecting Disable.
