The controller does not have a dedicated on/off switch. Power management is primarily handled using the Steam button (also known as the GUIDE button). To turn the controller on, press the Steam button during the pairing process. To turn it off, press and hold the Steam button until the pairing LED goes out. Additionally, the controller will automatically power off after 90 seconds if it's not paired, or after 15 minutes of inactivity.

If the device is not working, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Joystick Calibration: Avoid touching the analog joysticks during pairing or connection to prevent incorrect calibration.
2. Battery Status: Check the charge indicator. A blinking light indicates a low battery, and a full charge typically takes about 3.5 hours.
3. Bluetooth Verification: If your PC lacks integrated Bluetooth, use the provided adapter and ensure Bluetooth is activated on the PC.
4. Reset: If electromagnetic interference occurs, reset the product by restarting the connection procedure.
5. Mode Switch: Verify that the switch on the back is set to the desired mode (Steam or XInput).
