3.3 Serial Flash commands
Ces commandes permettent d'accéder à la mémoire flash série optionnel. Voir la data sheet pour plus d’information sur le type de flash utilisé.
3.3.1 AT+SFHELP – Afficher liste des commandes mémoire flash série
Description:
Cette commande affichera les commandes disponibles pour accéder et gérer la mémoire flash série.
Syntaxe:

AT+SFWEL=x................Display or modify Write Enable Latch bit: 0=Disabled,
1=Enabled
AT+SFBP=x.................Display or modify Block Protection bits: 1=Protected,
0=Unprotected
AT+SFEB=x(,s).............Erase block, size (default 64Kbytes)
AT+SFECHIP................Erase entire memory

3.3.2 AT+SFTYPE – Type mémoire
Description:
Cette commande affichera le fabricant, type, taille mémoire et taille des blocs en octets de la mémoire flash série (si présente).
