For a soft reset, press the RESET button for 5 seconds, then hold it for 4 seconds to restart. For a hard factory reset, hold 'Start' for 5 seconds, then hold 'Power' simultaneously; after 5 seconds release 'Start', then release 'Power' and press it again quickly. When the recovery image appears, hold 'Power' and press 'Volume +' once. Navigate to 'Wipe data/factory reset' using volume buttons, validate with 'Select', confirm with 'YES', and finally select 'reboot system now'.
