If the burner does not start, you should check the following points:

   • Verify the presence of electrical current (power and control circuits).
   • Check the fuel supply (sufficient quantity in the tank and open valves).

   • Confirm the position of switches on the control panel.

2. Technical Diagnosis (Maintenance):

   • If the motor specifically does not start, it could be due to a defective motor or capacitor. The solution is to replace the motor or capacitor.
   • Ensure that the safety control box is not locked (red indicator light on). If it is, attempt to unlock it.

Safety Note: Safety components should not be repaired but replaced with original manufacturer parts. If the problem persists, interventions should be carried out by a qualified technician.

Cam adjustment pertains to the servomotor (LKS 131.03) for two-stage models. Here are the instructions for adjustment:

Cam Functions

• Cam II (blue): Controls shutdown at 0°.
• Cam III (orange): Sets ignition flow and minimum regulation (1st stage).
• Cam I (red): Sets opening at nominal flow (2nd stage).
• Cam V (black): Controls the 2nd stage fuel valve (must be set between the values of cams III and I).

Adjustment Procedure

1. Access: Remove the burner cover.
2. Adjustment: Use a flat-blade screwdriver to turn the worm screws 'S'. The angular position is adjusted relative to the index on each cam.
