How to troubleshoot internet connection issues on the device?
If the device is unable to connect to the internet, check the following points: 1. **Wi-Fi Activation**: Ensure that Wi-Fi is activated on the device. Go to Wi-Fi settings and tap the icon to enable it. The device will automatically search for available networks. This function can also be activated via the notification panel. 2. **Connecting to a Wi-Fi Network**: If the Wi-Fi network is locked, enter the password (WEP or WPA2 PSK Key). This key is usually indicated on a label located on the back of the internet modem (or box). 3. **Restarting the Device**: If necessary, try restarting the device. 4. **General Malfunction**: In the event of significant electromagnetic interference or electrostatic discharge, the device might experience a malfunction or data loss. In such cases, reset the device or unplug and replug the AC adapter from the power outlet.
