To transfer an external call to another internal handset, during the external call, press 'M' and use the '+/-' keys to select 'INTERCOM'. Press 'M' again and choose the internal handset to which you wish to transfer the call. The external call will be put on hold, and the chosen internal handset will ring. The internal correspondent must press the 'T' key on their handset to accept the internal call. You then press the 'O' key or place your handset back on the base/charger to complete your part, and the external call will be transferred to the other internal handset.
