How to delete photos if the trash icon is crossed out or unavailable?

If the trash icon is crossed out, photos may be locked to prevent accidental deletion. To unlock and delete them: 1. Access Parental Controls from the main menu by selecting the child's profile, then the Parental Controls icon, and entering the Parental Controls code. 2. Within Parental Controls, locate the Blocked Content icon. 3. Unlock the photos in this section if they are locked. 4. Return to the photo gallery and attempt to delete the photos using the trash icon. If the trash icon remains crossed out, other restrictions or a technical issue may be present.
