 Utiliser une section de départ et de vis pour fixer le tuyau sur l'insert. La section de départ peut exiger une encoche pour s'adapter sur la tige de dérivation.

Altitude considérations

 Cet appareil est équipé pour les altitudes 0-610 m aux États-Unis (au Canada, 0-1370m). Pour des altitudes supérieures à 610 m, la configuration de l'évent, orifice ou combinaison des deux peut ont besoin d'être modifié. En outre, ce dispositif de chauffage a été testé à des altitudes allant de niveau de la mer à 1 800 M. Dans cet essai, nous avons constaté que l'appareil de chauffage, avec son orifice standard, burns correctement avec juste un ajustement d'obturation d'air. Pour des altitudes supérieures à 1 800 M, contactez votre fournisseur de gaz local ou Travis Industries pour plus d'informations sur la courbe de votre appareil. Une courbe standard de cet appareil, à des altitudes supérieures à 1 800 M sont énumérés ci-dessous :

Installation Instructions

1. With the insert 12” from the fireplace, install the side surround panels (see the directions below).

NOTE: These flanges on the side panels insert into the convection channel.

Attach the side panels using the nuts and bolts included with the stove.

REVERE

Attach the side panels using the studs on the side convection fronts and the nuts included with the stove.

2. Adjust the position of the side panels so they are: 1) flush with the bottom of the insert; 2) both the same distance back from the front of the insert; 3) perpendicular to the floor (use the top panel, if necessary, to judge alignment). Tighten the screws that hold the side panels in place.

3. Place the insert into the fireplace and connect the flue (if using a positive or direct connection). Install the top panel and trim following the directions below.

Optional Trim Installation:

Insert one leg of each "L" bracket into the top and side trim piece. Align the trim to form a precise corner, then tighten the two set screws with a small standard screwdriver.

Slide the trim over the panels. Place the spring clips behind the panels at the locations shown. This keeps the trim tight against the panel.

Install the top panel so the tabs insert into the joggle clips on the top panel

Optional Knock-Out

An optional knock-out is provided on both sides if the power cord is routed behind the surround panel.

Insulation Installation (required only for face seal installations)

1. With the insert drawn 6" from the fireplace, glue the insulation strip included with the insert to the back of the panels using RTV silicon or stove gasket cement. The insulation should be installed so it overlaps the fireplace opening to form a seal between the panels and the fireplace face. Let the silicon or cement dry.

2. Push the insert into the fireplace, allowing the insulation to form a seal between the panels and the fireplace. Use a screwdriver to tuck any exposed insulation behind the panels.

Une plaque obturatrice ou un autre dispositif d’étanchéité incombustible

(adaptateur de registre, par ex.) est obligatoire.

Ce dispositif doit obligatoirement assurer l’étanchéité de la cheminée pour empêcher l'entrée de la fumée dans le logement, tout en assurant un tirage suffisant à la cheminée.
