Turn on the power switch. When the opening screen appears, touch the screen. The
screen at left will be displayed.

Place the appliqué material into
the embroidery frame, and then
press the START/STOP switch. The
machine will sew around the outline
of the appliqué pieces and will then

Remove the appliqué material from

Attach the appliqué to the base fabric with glue
to complete the appliqué.

Apply a thin layer of adhesive to
the back of the appliqué pattern
and attach it to the base fabric

Creating beautiful appliqués
•After the appliqué is complete, place 1 or 2 sheets of stabilizer material over the area before
sewing the remainder of the embroidery. However, if the pattern has an outline, remove the
stabilizer material before sewing the outline.
Change over the upper thread and then carry out the rest of the embroidering.

Creación de apliques preciosos
•Una vez realizado el aplique, coloque 1 ó 2 hojas de material estabilizador sobre el área antes de
coser el resto del bordado. No obstante, si el diseño tiene un borde, quite el material estabilizador
antes de coser dicho borde.

* S ome glue may get onto the presser foot, needle and needle plate at this time. Finish embroidering
the appliqué pattern and then clean away the glue.
